The fastest way to reach us
Open Jump Timer, go to Settings › Send Feedback, and use the built-in form. Pick Bug or Feature, describe what happened, and — only if you would like a reply — add your email address. The form attaches your app version and iOS version automatically, so you don't have to look them up.

What to include in a report
The more of this you can give us, the faster it gets fixed:
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- The steps that led to it — what you tapped, in order.
- Where in the app it happened (a workout run, the history list, Settings, the widget, and so on).
- Your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the Jump Timer version. The in-app form attaches your iOS version and app version for you; it does not send your iPhone model, so please type that one in.
- Whether a Bluetooth heart-rate strap was connected, if the problem involves heart rate.
- Whether Strava is linked, if the problem involves uploads.
- Whether it happens every time or only occasionally.
A screenshot or a short screen recording is welcome by email. Please don't send anything you would rather keep private — see the privacy policy for where feedback goes and how long it is kept.
Before you write
- Heart rate not showing? Check that your strap is on and awake, that Bluetooth is on, and that Jump Timer has Bluetooth permission in iOS Settings.
- Calories look wrong? Jump Timer uses your weight, age, and biological sex from Apple Health when you allow it, and your manually entered values otherwise. Both live in Settings.
- A workout hasn't reached Strava? Uploads queue up when you are offline and retry on their own. Settings shows what is still pending.
Response time
Jump Timer is made by one person, so replies are not instant — but every report is read. If you left an email address, we may write back for more detail.
